4. Retention period and use of personal information

  In principle, the company deletes the user's personal information without delay upon withdrawal from
  membership. However, if a separate consent is obtained from a user for the period of personal
  information retention period, or where statutes impose an obligation to store information for a
  certain period of time, personal information shall be kept safe for that period.

5. Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them

  personal information" expires.

7.2 Removal Method

- Personal information stored electronically in the form of files is completely removed from the hard
  disk using a technical method that cannot play records.
- Personal information printed on paper shall be shredded with a shredder or destroyed completely through incineration.
